Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Driftveld Ranches. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.

 Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

 Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, custom order hardware, and perishable agricultural products or live stock supplies cannot be returned unless defective.

 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. You will be responsible for covering return transport/shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

 Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
